We are currently looking for a Compliance Coordinator to join One Vision Housing, part of The Sovini Group. Responsibilities
- Work closely with the Compliance Officer and wider team to help deliver a 100% compliance record across our high rise residential and commercial portfolio.
- Ensure timely delivery of all statutory and regulatory safety requirements and key property safety functions.
- Operate within set targets, standards and budgets to maintain strong control of property risks and associated expenditure.
- Commit to equality and diversity and to promote non-discriminatory practices in all aspects of work undertaken.
- Adhere with the Health and Safety at Work Act to take reasonable care of own health and safety and that of others who may be affected by their acts and omissions.
Qualifications and Skills
- Experience of working in multi-disciplinary teams to ensure timely and efficient delivery of programmes of work in target and in line with any statutory and good practice guidelines.
- Experience of contract and performance management for built-asset related services delivered in-house and with external partners.
- Excellent analytical skills which can be used to manage service delivery, improve performance and to conduct audits and reconciliations.
- Experience of using bespoke ICT systems such as Promaster, OneServe and the ability to adapt quickly to new systems.
- Ability to use Microsoft Office including Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
- Ability to work in an agile working environment.
- Excellent communication skills, able to communicate across multiple channels including Microsoft Teams, Face to Face and Email.

Desired Experience
- A relevant compliance, health & safety or building management qualification or accreditation, or currently working towards this.
- Experience of working in a similar role for a registered social landlord or contractor with a proven track record of managing planned preventative maintenance regimes for specialised Mechanical & Electrical equipment across residential and commercial assets.
- Experience of co-ordinating requirements for any of the Top Six Compliance related disciplines.
- Working knowledge of legislation and standards relating to Compliance related Property Safety.
- Full driving license and use of a car for work purposes.
