Role Description This is a full-time, on-site position for a Contract Manager at our Southsea location. The Contract Manager will oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of commercial and residential painting and decorating projects. Key responsibilities include managing project timelines, coordinating with clients, subcontractors, and team members, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards, and maintaining quality assurance throughout each project. The role also involves budgeting, resource allocation, and resolving any issues promptly to meet project specifications and deadlines. Qualifications Strong project management, scheduling, and organizational skills Experience in client communication and relationship management Knowledge of health and safety regulations and compliance requirements Technical understanding of painting, decorating, and restoration processes Problem-solving, negotiation, and decision‑making skills Team leadership and coordination abilities Experience in the construction or decorating industry is an advantage Proficiency with project management software is desirable Valid driver’s license for traveling to project sites #J-18808-Ljbffr
