The predicted salary is between 22000 - 24000 £ per year.

As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the day to day support to one of our schools. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Provide general clerical support in one of our busy main school offices, particularly coordinating documentation of Educational Health Care Plans (EHCP).
  • Minute meetings and maintain pupil data on the Trust's information system, Bromcom, and submit Census Returns.
  • Provide main office cover when required.
  • Using standard Microsoft software including Excel.
  • Knowledge around Safeguarding.
  • Communicate with across Trust team members and liaise with professionals and agencies.
  • May be required to work at any of our six sites permanently or as cover.
