As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the day to day support to one of our schools. Your responsibilities will include:
- Provide general clerical support in one of our busy main school offices, particularly coordinating documentation of Educational Health Care Plans (EHCP).
- Minute meetings and maintain pupil data on the Trust's information system, Bromcom, and submit Census Returns.
- Provide main office cover when required.
- Using standard Microsoft software including Excel.
- Knowledge around Safeguarding.
- Communicate with across Trust team members and liaise with professionals and agencies.
- May be required to work at any of our six sites permanently or as cover.
