The Southern Co-operative Limited in Bradford-on-Avon is seeking a proactive Team Leader to guide store operations, inspire colleagues, and deliver an outstanding customer experience. You’ll support every area of the store, from Post Office to Home Delivery, while training your team and stepping in when the Store Manager is absent.
This full-time role is 36 hours per week over four days, with shifts including mornings, evenings and weekends. Full training will be provided to help you succeed.
