Key Purpose: The purpose of this role is to provide analytical and operational support for the execution of strategic initiatives across the Africa zone, enabling data driven decision-making and effective project tracking.

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Support the tracking and monitoring of CEO-led project execution.
  • Maintain and update project dashboards and reports.
  • Assist in coordinating cross-functional collaboration to ensure smooth communication and execution across teams.
  • Analyse project data to identify trends, risks and opportunities.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of PMO processes.
  • Update and manage project tracking tools to ensure accurate reflection of progress and deliverables.
  • Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations for leadership.
  • Collect & analyse data from operational units & functions.
  • Support governance routines, including the preparation of meeting materials & logistics.
  • Document key project outcomes, risks and lessons learned.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, or related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in FMCG, consulting, or project support roles.
  • Experience with project management tools and reporting systems.
