The Sourdough is a creative studio based in South-East London.

We help startup founders bring new ideas to life through branding, design and storytelling. We make logos, pitch decks, websites and more.

The role

We are looking for a junior designer to work with us in London on a part-time basis. The role would include:

  • researching and learning about frontier science and technology
  • crafting the initial brand identity and strategy for early-stage startups
  • designing and building brilliant websites for those companies

What we\\\’re offering

  • £30k pro-rata
  • 2-4 days/week
  • Hybrid working
  • Work directly on building new brands from the ground up

What we\\\’re looking for

  • Early career (0-3 years experience, no need for formal agency experience)
  • Curious about science, technology and the future
  • A great portfolio of original creative work
  • Technical design ability (at least Figma & Adobe suite or similar)
  • A willingness to learn new tools

Nice to haves

  • 3D Design(Blender, C4D), No-Code Web Tools (Webflow, Framer), Creative Coding (threeJS or any other Javascript framework), or Motion/Animation (After Effects)
