The Sourdough Company are seeking Production Operatives to join our teams in Shipdham on Mornings, Afternoons & Night Shifts. Morning Shifts, operate between Monday-Friday from 06:00-14:00 at a rate of £12.71 per hour. Afternoon Shifts operate between Mondays-Fridays from 14:00 to 22:00 at a rate of £12.71 per hour, with an increment of £1 extra per hour for working on this shift. Night Shifts operate on a Sunday-Thursday shift, from 22:00-06:00, at a rate of £12.71 per hour, with an increment of £2 extra per hour for working on this shift. Initially contracts are being offered for a limited period on the above times, until the Company moves to a 3 day on 3 day off new shift pattern, working 12 hour shifts. These shifts will then operate on Days & Night Shifts. This move is planned for the end of September/October. If you are applying for a shift, please ensure that you are willing to move to the new shift pattern when implementation takes place. Keys responsibilities: * Operate machinery and follow the process to produce product of the required quality and quantity. * Maintain a high standard of housekeeping and ensure that all food safety and Health & Safety Regulations are complied with. Please note that only applicants who can commit to the above shift patterns will be considered.
