We are looking for a passionate, driven Store Manager to lead our Notting Hill store. This isn’t just retail. At The Source Bulk Foods, we are redefining what a supermarket can be — plastic-free, community-focused and built around exceptional customer experience. As Store Manager, you will take full ownership of store performance while building an engaged, motivated team that delivers an outstanding customer experience every day. Our bulk food sacks can weigh up to 25kg, so you will need to be comfortable rolling up your sleeves alongside your team.
- Creating a positive, high-performing and supportive store culture
- Driving sales and improving store performance
- Managing inventory to maintain quality while minimising waste
- Building strong relationships with local suppliers and the local community
- Delivering local area marketing initiatives
- Ensuring the store environment is welcoming, inspiring and fun
Previous management experience (retail or hospitality preferred)
