As a Deputy Manager, you will be supporting our store manager in the operation and management of the store. You will ensure the smooth running of each shift, keeping the store looking spick and span, and delivering exceptional customer service to our loyal customers. The role is full time and you will be required to work in West London.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Supervising and delegating tasks to our amazing team
  • Ensure everything runs smoothly by diligently performing opening and closing checklist tasks
  • Inventory management including receiving in orders and recording them in our inventory management system, and following up with suppliers if there are errors
  • Ordering from our suppliers in the absence of the store manager
  • Undertaking regular weekly stocktakes
  • Keep our product presentation and quality standards sky-high
  • Keep our inventory in check by following our hygiene and product procedures
  • Keep the store looking tip-top by constantly monitoring its cleanliness and presentation, including the serving counter and storeroom
  • Keep everything sparkling clean by ensuring all tasks as described in the weekly cleaning checklist are delegated and performed by the team
  • Make our customers smile by providing a high level of service through clear communication and resolving any issues that arise
