Are you an experienced Housekeeping Manager with a passion for delivering exceptional guest service and great room standards? Would you love the opportunity to live and work in one of Scotland's most beautiful locations? Then we're looking for a Housekeeping Manager to join our team at Duisdale House Hotel on the beautiful Isle of Skye. We offer both full-time and seasonal positions, with flexible contract lengths. Live-in accommodation is available for the right candidate.

About Us: The Sonas Collection is an award-winning, family-owned and operated business, comprised of four boutique period properties that have been wonderfully renovated and cared for. Our main purpose is to deliver warm Highland Hospitality to our guests, create great opportunities for our employees and make a difference in our local rural communities. More About the Role: As the Housekeeping Manager, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional service standards and ensuring the smooth daily operations of the housekeeping department. You will be responsible for leading the housekeeping team, maintaining high cleanliness standards throughout the hotel, and providing guidance and coaching to our team members. This is a hands-on role, and you'll be working closely with senior management to continuously improve guest satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and supervise the team, ensuring excellent room standards are maintained.
  • Oversee daily housekeeping operations, ensuring smooth coordination between departments.
  • Plan and organise rotas effectively.
