The role We’re looking for a Fulfilment Assistant to support the smooth running of our fulfilment department. You’ll be responsible for picking, packing, checking, and preparing customer orders accurately and on time. You’ll also help manage stock, maintain a tidy warehouse, and support day-to-day production flow. Reporting to the Fulfilment Manager, you’ll work closely with the wider team to keep operations efficient and standards high. Key duties * Pick, check, and pack customer orders accurately * Inspect goods for quality before dispatch * Label and prepare items for delivery * Load, stage, and receive stock deliveries * Support stock control, counts, and inventory accuracy * Keep warehouse areas clean, safe, and organised * Use fulfilment tools and equipment safely * Carry out vinyl application where required * Follow all health & safety procedures * Support wider production tasks when needed What we’re looking for Essential * Experience in warehouse, fulfilment, or logistics * Strong attention to detail * Ability to follow written instructions accurately * Good organisation and teamwork skills * Physically fit for manual handling tasks * Reliable and health & safety conscious Desirable * Forklift Truck licence or experience Other info * Flexible working hours, including occasional overtime * Willingness to learn and support across departments * Role may evolve with business needs
