Our client is looking for an experienced Multi Skilled / Multi Trade Operative to join their operational delivery team. This is a permanent, hands-on opportunity for an experienced tradesperson with a strong practical background in building works, refurbishment, repairs and general maintenance. The role offers a varied workload across commercial, Government and public sector properties. You will attend different client sites, carrying out practical building and maintenance works and taking ownership of tasks from start to finish.
The Role Typical works may include:
- Carpentry repairs and installations
- Tiling and flooring repairs
- Painting and decorating
- Brickwork and general building repairs
- Fencing and gate repairs
- Basic plumbing
- Making good and remedial works
- Minor refurbishment and general building maintenance
We are not expecting candidates to be experienced across every trade. We are particularly interested in people with a strong core trade or practical construction background who are confident turning their hand to a variety of building works.
