This role involves mechanical installation, maintenance, and refurbishment work across commercial sites, supporting multi-trade projects alongside electrical and mechanical teams. A large proportion of the work will be carried out at various commercial sites in the South East, with additional projects located within and around the M25, including London.

We are looking for a practical, hands-on individual with a can-do attitude and willingness to learn. The ideal candidate will be confident in their mechanical skills, capable of problem-solving on site, and able to work independently or as part of a team. The role involves manual handling and moving larger equipment using appropriate tools, so applicants should be fit and healthy. Due to client site requirements, security clearance will be required (UK residency for at least 2 years & clean criminal record).

- Knowledge of nuts, bolts, valves, and gaskets
- Ability to work independently and make on-site decisions
- Full UK driving licence
Desirable (Not Essential)
- Mechanical or plumbing qualifications
- Health and Safety training (e.g., first aid, PASMA, IPAF)
