Multi Skilled Operative / Multi Trade Operative Location: Alton, Hampshire Salary: 38,000 per annum Contract: Permanent Our client is looking for an experienced Multi Skilled / Multi Trade Operative to join their operational delivery team. This is a permanent, hands-on opportunity for an experienced tradesperson with a strong practical background in building works, refurbishment, repairs and general maintenance. The role offers a varied workload across commercial, Government and public sector properties, with no two days necessarily being the same. You will carry out a broad range of practical building works, work independently across client sites and take ownership of completing tasks to a high standard. The Role Typical works may include: * Carpentry repairs and installations * Tiling and flooring repairs * Painting and decorating * Brickwork and general building repairs * Fencing and gate repairs * Basic plumbing * Making good and remedial works * Minor refurbishment and general building maintenance The role would suit someone with a strong core trade or practical construction background who is comfortable undertaking a variety of building works.
