Key Responsibilities: Perform planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance on mechanical systems, including HVAC, plumbing, and plant equipment. Diagnose and resolve faults in a timely manner to ensure the seamless operation of building services. Monitor and maintain critical systems, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. Collaborate with the onsite team to deliver a high standard of service. Support operational efficiency by addressing maintenance requests and emergencies promptly. What We’re Looking For: Fully qualified Mechanical Engineer (City & Guilds, NVQ, or equivalent). Proven experience in facilities management or building maintenance. Expertise in maintaining and repairing mechanical systems, including HVAC, boilers, and pumps. Strong knowledge of health and safety procedures and compliance requirements.
