Site Manager – Cladding & Sheeting Salary: £60,000 – £65,000 (depending on experience) Type: Full-time, Permanent I’m working with a specialist contractor delivering high-quality cladding and sheeting packages on commercial and industrial projects. They are currently looking to appoint an experienced Site Manager to oversee site operations in Cornwall. The ideal candidate will come from a cladding background and have a strong track record of managing external envelope works from start to finish. Manage all day-to-day site operations, ensuring cladding and sheeting works are delivered to a high standard * Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, labour, and site logistics * Liaise with the Project Manager, design team, and client representatives * Take responsibility for quality control, snagging, and handover processes Proven experience in site management, specifically within cladding and sheeting projects * Black CSCS card – essential * SMSTS and First Aid qualifications * This is an excellent opportunity to join a reputable specialist contractor and take ownership of key cladding projects in the region.
