Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Electrical Bias Site Supervisor to oversee and support the day-to-day operations of multiple M&E sites in London. This is a hands-on role, requiring 20% of time on the tools to provide coverage when engineers are unavailable. The ideal candidate will lead a team of engineers, ensure compliance with health and safety standards, and maintain high-quality service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage M&E operations across 5 sites in London, ensuring all tasks are completed to a high standard and within deadlines.
- Provide hands-on support (approximately 20% of the time) to cover engineering duties when required.
- Act as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring excellent communication and strong relationships.
- Monitor and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
- Manage on-site engineers, including daily scheduling, task delegation, and performance oversight.
- Oversee planned and reactive maintenance schedules, ensuring minimal disruption to site operations.
- Participate in a 1-in-7 call-out rota, with standby payment provided for availability.
- Conduct site audits and inspections to ensure all systems operate efficiently.
- Assist in arranging additional resources or contractors for specialised works.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Proven experience in an Electrical Bias role, ideally within M&E.
- Previous supervisory or team leadership experience.
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, with hands-on experience in maintenance and repairs.
- Excellent organisational and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and effectively prioritise tasks.
- Full UK driving licence.
