Our client, a well-established and respected automotive retailer, is looking to recruit an experienced Group Warranty Executive to join their central aftersales team based in Swindon. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with warranty administration experience who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and has a keen eye for detail. You'll play a key role in ensuring warranty and goodwill claims are processed accurately, efficiently and in line with manufacturer guidelines, helping to maximise profitability while delivering excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Process and submit warranty, extended warranty and goodwill claims accurately and within agreed timescales.
- Ensure all warranty claims are invoiced and costed correctly.
- Provide warranty guidance and support to dealership teams.
- Maintain accurate warranty records and customer information.
- Monitor outstanding claims and resolve any issues to ensure prompt recovery.
- Review warranty reports and identify opportunities to improve processes.
- Ensure all warranty documentation, recall records and other related paperwork are maintained accurately.
