We're currently recruiting on behalf of a well-established, family-run automotive business that prides itself on its reputation, customer service and supportive working environment. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced aftersales leader ready to step up, or an aftersales professional looking for a role with real responsibility and an outstanding work-life balance.
The Role:
As Service Manager, you'll oversee the day-to-day running of the service operation, acting as the key link between customers, the workshop and the administration team. Working closely with the business owners, you'll play an important role in maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction, ensuring workshop efficiency and helping to drive the business forward. The business operates with a close-knit team, including: 2 members of staff within the service administration function and 6 technicians within the workshop. This role offers plenty of variety and the opportunity to become involved in all aspects of the operation.

- Previous experience within an automotive service department
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Excellent organisational and time management abilities
