PARTS MANAGER - FRANCHISED MOTOR DEALERSHIP
LINCOLN
We're recruiting for an experienced Parts Manager to join a successful and established team.
This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially minded Parts Manager who is looking for a strong earning package, a company car and a predominantly Monday-to-Friday working pattern.
The Package:
- £40,000 basic salary
- £15,900 bonus with overachieve of up to £29,300
- Company car
- Monday to Friday, 8am-6pm
- 45-hour working week
- Saturdays are not required as standard, with occasional Saturday cover if required
The Role: As Parts Manager, you'll be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operation of the parts department, ensuring excellent levels of service, stock availability and commercial performance.
You'll lead and support the parts team, drive departmental performance and maintain strong relationships with internal departments, suppliers and customers.
We're looking for someone who can combine strong leadership with commercial awareness, while maintaining high standards across the department.
Ideally, you'll have:
Previous experience in a Parts Manager or senior automotive parts role
Strong leadership and people-management skills
A commercially focused approach
Excellent organisational and communication skills
The ability to manage stock, processes and departmental performance
A customer-focused mindset
The drive to achieve and exceed targets
