Working closely with the Aftersales Manager, you will support the day-to-day running of the Service Department, helping to drive performance, maximise efficiency, and deliver an outstanding customer experience. Support the effective management of the dealership's Aftersales operation.
Lead, motivate and develop the service team to achieve departmental targets.
Ensure the highest levels of customer satisfaction are maintained.

Resolve customer concerns professionally and effectively.
Support the achievement of key performance indicators and business objectives.
