We are looking for a driven and customer focused Car Finance Sales Specialist to join our client's team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a strong sales background in car finance who thrives in a fast paced, target driven environment.
What's on Offer:
- Basic Salary of up to £30,000
- Uncapped commission structure with realistic OTE of £50,000+
- Working Hours: 9:00am - 6:00pm, 5 days per week (including alternative Saturdays)
Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively support customers throughout their car buying journey
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, dealer partners, and lenders
- Take a problem solving approach to understand customer needs and provide suitable finance solutions
- Manage your sales pipeline and maintain accurate records
- Ensure compliance with DPA requirements, FCA regulations, and company guidelines
- Demonstrate excellent organisational and time management skills
- Use car finance platforms such as AutoConvert or Enquiry Labs (preferred)
- Maintain a high level of integrity and professionalism
- Contribute to team success by providing feedback and identifying areas for improvement
