We are looking for an experienced Automotive Finance Zone / Account Manager or an experienced Business / Sales Manager with the skill set to move over to 'the other side'.
The role involves acting as the conduit between manufacturer finance and dealer. This position would suit an experienced Zone Manager, Senior Business Manager, Sales Manager with F&I Experience or an F&I Sales and Development Manager.
If needed, the candidate must be able to make the transition from the hustle and bustle of a dealer environment to being very much a self-starter who manages their own diary. It can be a lonely position due to travel, so we are ensuring candidates consider this before they agree to be considered.
There's a lot of data analysis, reporting, coaching, and development involved. We seek a professional but driven manager with softer skills!
Responsibilities include looking after 20-25 dealers on patch, with a view to increase business levels.
Salary: £40k basic plus £10k bonus opportunity. The benefits include 2 cars, pension, Bupa, 25 days holiday and more.
The interview process will be a remote interview with the Regional Sales Manager, followed by a formal panel interview at head office with a presentation.
Unfortunately, due to the volume of applications we receive, we can only respond to candidates who match the criteria set for this vacancy. We will retain your CV on our database and make contact as and when suitable vacancies arise. We will NEVER send your CV anywhere without your permission.
