We're currently recruiting for a skilled Panel Beater to join an established aftersales team. With a strong pipeline of work and plans for further expansion, this is an excellent opportunity to become part of a successful and supportive team.

The Role

As a Panel Beater, you'll be responsible for carrying out high-quality vehicle repairs, restoring damaged vehicles to manufacturer and industry standards. Working within a professional bodyshop environment, you'll handle a variety of repair work while ensuring efficiency, quality and attention to detail remain at the highest level.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Repairing and replacing damaged vehicle panels
  • Carrying out panel alignment and structural repairs
  • Working to manufacturer repair methods and industry standards
  • Ensuring all repairs are completed safely and efficiently
  • Collaborating with colleagues across the bodyshop to maintain workflow and productivity

About the Team:

You'll be joining an experienced bodyshop team of 10 operatives, with the business actively looking to grow further due to increasing demand. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working within a collaborative environment where quality workmanship is valued and recognised.

What We're Looking For

  • Previous experience as a Panel Beater within a bodyshop or accident repair centre
  • Strong knowledge of modern repair techniques
  • Excellent attention to detail and pride in your work
  • Ability to work efficiently while maintaining high-quality standards
  • ATA accreditation would be advantageous, but is not essential
  • A positive team player with a strong work ethic

  • £40,000 - £45,000 basic salary depending on experience
  • Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm, alternate Saturday mornings - 9am to 1pm
