Transaction Manager
Flagship Car Dealership | West London
Salary: £32,000 Basic
On-Target Earnings: £60,000
Hours: 5-day working week, weekends on a rota

We are recruiting an experienced Transaction Manager for a flagship franchised car dealership in West London. This is a key role within the sales leadership team, focused on maximising deal profitability, finance penetration, and supporting a high-performing showroom.
The Role:
Desk and structure vehicle sales to maximise front and back-end profit
Drive finance, warranty and ancillary product penetration
Support and coach Sales Executives to improve close rates
Ensure FCA compliance and accurate deal documentation
Deliver a first-class customer experience in a busy, premium showroom
The Ideal Candidate:
Essential: Proven experience as a Transaction Manager (or similar) within a franchised dealership
Strong understanding of automotive finance and add-on products
Commercially driven with excellent attention to detail
Confident dealing with customers and senior stakeholders
Highly organised and compliant
