Our client, a prestige dealer in Southampton, is looking for an experienced Motor Vehicle Technician.
Salary
- £35,000 basic
- £42,000 OTE Uncapped
- 25 days' annual leave + bank holidays
- Life assurance & pension scheme
- 41.25 hours per week, including Saturdays on a rota basis

In this role:
- You'll carry out servicing and maintenance on a range of vehicles, including diagnostic, warranty and repair work.
- You'll handle a variety of vehicle maintenance tasks, from oil changes to cambelt changes, supported by digital write-ups and job card completion.
- You'll conduct electronic vehicle health checks (eVHCs) in line with company standards.
We're looking for:
- Someone with a recognised Level 3 qualification (IMI, City & Guilds or equivalent).
- Someone with previous experience as a Service Technician/Mechanic, ideally with exposure to both warranty and servicing work.
- Someone with strong teamwork skills, who follows process and upholds high standards of safety and quality.
- Someone with a MOT Licence is a plus - full training can be provided if not yet qualified.
- Most importantly, someone eager to learn as this role will test you, but also help you develop and progress within your Mechanic careers with our manufacturer accreditation training.
