An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Service Centre Supervisor. This is a newly created position offering the chance to play a key role within a busy, multi-brand automotive operation while supporting an experienced team and helping drive service excellence. If you have dealership experience, strong organisational skills and previous supervisory experience, we'd love to hear from you.
The Role
As Service Centre Supervisor, you will support the day-to-day operation of the service department, ensuring excellent customer service and efficient workshop performance. Working closely with the management team, you will lead, coach and motivate staff while maintaining high operational standards.
Essential Requirements
- Previous automotive dealership experience
- Full UK driving licence
- Experience in a supervisory or team-leading capacity
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Ability to lead by example and support team development
- Strong customer service focus
