PARTS MANAGER – PRESTIGE FRANCHISED MOTOR DEALERSHIP

BOLTON, LANCASHIRE

Our client, a well respected Motor Trade employer in the North West, is looking to recruit an experienced Parts Manager.

The successful candidate will have demonstrated a solid background managing a franchised automotive parts department.
You will be tasked with maintaining standards of performance of the parts team through effective coaching and performance management,
You will also be responsible for all recruitment matters within the parts department.
You will be asked to maximise commercial opportunities through developing and implementing campaigns within specific market sectors
You will be expected to evaluate customer needs and competitor activity in the parts market, ensuring that campaigns are relevant and targeted.
Regularly review parts accessory displays to reflect sales trends and opportunities, whilst maintaining a safe and healthy working environment; ensuring staff comply with Health and Safety requirements.
