We are currently recruiting for an exciting opportunity for a Parts Advisor to join a successful motorcycle dealership. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about motorcycles and enjoys working in a customer-focused environment. The successful candidate will play an important role in supporting both retail customers and the workshop team, ensuring parts and accessories are identified, ordered and supplied accurately and efficiently.
The Role
- Liaising with customers, suppliers, technicians and manufacturers
- Identifying, ordering and supplying motorcycle parts and accessories
- Processing parts orders accurately and efficiently
- Maintaining accurate stock records
- Handling customer enquiries both in person and by telephone
- Supporting the workshop with parts requirements
- Ensuring the Parts Department is organised, professional and efficient
- Providing a high level of customer service at all times
About You
- To be successful in this role, you will be customer-focused, organised and able to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Previous experience within a Parts Department, automotive environment, motorcycle dealership or retail customer service role would be advantageous. However, full training will be provided for the right candidate.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong organisational and administrative abilities
- A keen eye for detail and a commitment to accuracy
- The ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
- Good IT and system skills
- A positive, proactive attitude and willingness to learn
- A genuine interest in motorcycles, parts and accessories

Salary
£28k Basic
£31k OTE
42.5 Hour working week
