Job Description

Workshop Manager

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Workshop Manager to lead a busy and growing aftersales operation.

This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious individual with strong leadership skills and a passion for delivering high standards across the workshop.

As Workshop Manager, you will oversee a highly productive team, ensuring efficiency, quality and customer satisfaction remain at the heart of the operation.

Monday to Friday hours (08:00 - 17:00).

Stable, long-term career progression.

Manage the day-to-day running of the workshop and service department.

Drive workshop productivity and efficiency to achieve performance targets.

Monitor KPIs and implement processes to maximise profitability and performance.

Previous experience as a Workshop Manager/Controller

Minimum of 2-3 years' experience in a similar automotive management role.
