Compensation & Hours
Basic Salary: £25,000. OTE: £52,000 based on target performance. Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 6pm (no weekends).
Role
- Conduct consultative, high‑volume telephone‑based sales.
- Develop expert level product and fleet knowledge (full training provided).
- Manage the full sales process from enquiry to close.
- Work closely with an experienced Corporate Sales Manager and a high‑performing team.
Qualifications
- Outstanding telephone sales skills.
- Huge level of hunger, tenacity and resilience.
- Ability to learn, retain and apply complex product information.
- Proven track record in automotive sales (corporate, B2B or high‑value phone sales ideal).
- Genuine desire to be a top earner, not just hit minimum target.
