We are recruiting an experienced Transaction Manager for a flagship franchised car dealership in West London. This is a key role within the sales leadership team, focused on maximising deal profitability, finance penetration, and supporting a high-performing showroom.
The Role:
- Desk and structure vehicle sales to maximise front and back-end profit
- Drive finance, warranty and ancillary product penetration
- Support and coach Sales Executives to improve close rates
- Ensure FCA compliance and accurate deal documentation
- Deliver a first-class customer experience in a busy, premium showroom
The Ideal Candidate:
- Proven experience as a Transaction Manager (or similar) within a franchised dealership
- Strong understanding of automotive finance and add-on products
- Commercially driven with excellent attention to detail
- Confident dealing with customers and senior stakeholders
- Highly organised and compliant
What's On Offer:
- £40,000 basic salary
- £65,000 - £95,000 OTE
