We are currently recruiting for an experienced Workshop Manager to lead a busy and growing aftersales operation. This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious individual with strong leadership skills and a passion for delivering high standards across the workshop.
As Workshop Manager, you will oversee a highly productive team, ensuring efficiency, quality and customer satisfaction remain at the heart of the operation.
What's on Offer:
- £35,000 basic salary
- Realistic OTE of £42,000
- Monday to Friday hours (08:00 - 17:00)

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the day-to-day running of the workshop and service department.
- Lead, motivate and develop a team of 12 Technicians and 4 Service Advisors.
- Drive workshop productivity and efficiency to achieve performance targets.
- Maintain high standards of workmanship, health and safety, and customer service.
- Monitor KPIs and implement processes to maximise profitability and performance.
- Support and coach team members to ensure continued development.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Workshop Manager/Controller
- Minimum of 2-3 years' experience in a similar automotive management role.
- Strong organisational and leadership skills.
- Ability to manage a fast-paced environment while maintaining exceptional standards.
- Excellent communication and people management abilities.
