We're delighted to be working with an award-winning, AM100 listed dealership group as they look to appoint an experienced Sales Manager for their incredible site in Boston. This is an outstanding opportunity for a proven sales leader to take on a pivotal role within a well established, family owned business that is continuing to grow and invest.
Salary & Package:
- Basic salary: £40,000 per annum
- Realistic OTE: £60,000 to £65,000 per annum
Our client is seeking a motivated and commercially focused Sales Manager with:
- Previous experience managing a franchised dealership sales department
- A strong track record of delivering results in a competitive environment
- Excellent leadership and communication skills

The business is family owned, with a long-serving senior management team who have worked together for over a decade.
