An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Assistant Aftersales Manager to join a successful main dealership representing one of the automotive industry's most recognised brands.

Working closely with the Aftersales Manager, you will support the day-to-day running of the Service Department, helping to drive performance, maximise efficiency, and deliver an outstanding customer experience. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong aftersales experience who is ready to take the next step in their career.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the effective management of the dealership's Aftersales operation.
  • Lead, motivate and develop the service team to achieve departmental targets.
  • Support the achievement of key performance indicators and business objectives.
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes and enhance performance.
  • Strong knowledge of aftersales operations.
  • Proven track record of delivering excellent customer service.

Salary: From £35,600 (depending on experience) + Excellent Benefits

Hours: 42.5 hours per week
