I'm recruiting for a well established independent dealer in the Essex area looking to add an experienced Technician to their workshop team. This isn’t a role where you’ll be stuck doing the same jobs day in, day out. You’ll be working across a good mix of vehicle prep and retail work, so there’s plenty of variety.
What’s on offer?
- £35,000 - £60,000 basic salary depending on experience and ability
- Excellent bonus scheme on top
- 8:00am - 5:00pm, Monday to Friday
- Only 1 in 4 Saturdays, finishing at 2pm
- Mix of prep and retail work
- Established independent dealer environment
What I’m looking for:
- Level 3 qualified Vehicle Technician
- Strong mechanical and diagnostic ability
- Comfortable carrying out both prep and retail work
- Someone who takes pride in doing the job properly
