Workshop Supervisor Family Run Independant We're recruiting on behalf of a family-run independent garage that has built an excellent reputation for quality workmanship, honest service, and looking after both its customers and its team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced technician who's ready to take the next step into a supervisory position without leaving the tools behind.

If you enjoy fault-finding, diagnostics, and technical repairs, but also have the confidence to help keep a busy workshop running smoothly, we'd love to hear from you.

You'll be responsible for maintaining high standards of workmanship while supporting the team, organising workflow, and ensuring jobs are completed efficiently and to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities Carry out diagnostics, servicing, maintenance, and repairs on a wide range of vehicles.

Lead by example as the workshop's senior technician.

Allocate and prioritise work within the workshop.

Provide technical support and guidance to fellow technicians when required.

Ensure all work is completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standard.

Maintain excellent communication with the service team regarding job progress.

Help create a positive, productive working environment.
