Our client is looking for an experienced Workshop Controller. Reporting into the Service Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the staff and facilities of the Workshop efficiently.
Package Details:
- 35,100 Basic Salary plus Bonus
- 45 Hour week
- 8:15am – 5:30pm Monday to Friday | 1 in 4 Sundance Saturdays 8am – 1pm
You will motivate technicians to ensure targets are being met and maintain a high level of productivity and quality of service. You will also track the progress of vehicles through the Workshop and liaise with Service Reception to maintain customer satisfaction.
