Our client, a well-established and reputable automotive dealership, are looking to appoint an experienced New & Used Car Sales Executive to join their successful sales team. This is an excellent opportunity for a driven sales professional to work within a supportive, performance-focused environment offering strong earning potential and long-term career progression.

The Role

Reporting to the Sales Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for delivering an exceptional customer journey while achieving and exceeding vehicle, finance, and add-on sales targets.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Selling new and used vehicles in line with company processes and FCA compliance
  • Managing the sales process from enquiry through to vehicle handover
  • Conducting vehicle demonstrations and test drives
  • Building rapport with customers and maintaining strong relationships
  • Maximising opportunities
  • Following up enquiries and maintaining accurate records
