Join a team that supports your growth and rewards your success.\\n\\nAn established automotive centre in the St Albans region is looking for a skilled Vehicle Technician to carry out Pre-Delivery Inspections (PDI) on new vehicles. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a modern, high-volume facility with a positive team environment and a structured bonus scheme.\\n\\nWhat You'll Get:\\n\\nUp to £42,000 OTE with a weekly bonus for completing an average of 10 vehicles per day\\n£2,500 welcome bonus to help you get started*\\n33 days of annual leave, including bank holidays\\nCompany pension scheme\\nLife assurance (with the option to increase cover)\\nHealthcare support with 24/7 access to professionals \\n\\nThe Role:\\n\\nPerform detailed inspections and maintenance on new vehicles to manufacturer standards\\nIdentify and report wear, defects, or parts requiring replacement\\nCommunicate technical findings when needed, maintaining professionalism with colleagues and clients\\nSupport a collaborative workshop culture with a focus on efficiency and quality\\nAssist fellow technicians and promote knowledge sharing within the team \\n\\nAbout You:\\n\\nLevel 3 NVQ (or equivalent) in Light Vehicle Maintenance & Repair\\nSolid understanding of vehicle safety and inspection protocols\\nValid UK driving licence required \\n\\nWorking hours: Monday to Friday, 7:30 am – 5:00 pm (1-hour lunch).
