Our client is looking to recruit a highly experienced and qualified Business Manager to join their Used Car team. They are seeking someone driven by passion and enthusiasm for this role.

Salary: Basic 31,750 OTE 56,750+

Working hours/days: Monday to Friday - 8:30am to 6pm, Saturday - 9am to 5pm, Sunday - 11am to 4pm

Job Role: To maximize sales opportunities by offering finance solutions and add-on products to customers, ensuring excellent customer service. Work closely with the Sales Manager to deliver business results.

Key Objectives:

  • Sell finance solutions to contribute profitably to the dealership
  • Identify customer needs through effective questioning and listening
  • Present features and benefits of finance products
  • Maintain relationships with finance company representatives
  • Ensure accurate completion of all documentation
  • Confirm and arrange settlement for part exchanges
  • Keep updated on finance product knowledge and competitors
  • Support the sales team
  • Maintain safe working practices

About You: Experienced and successful RSM/BM in a main dealership, passionate, driven, and motivated to succeed. Excellent communication skills and a strong desire to sell and earn commissions. You will manage and grow all aspects of F&I within a busy sales environment, leading a skilled sales team to exceed potential. Ensure customers understand their obligations and deliver high customer service levels with an outstanding work ethic. Automotive retail experience in a similar role or seeking career progression is preferred.
