Salary: £35,000

Hours: Full Time (40 hours per week)

Working Pattern: Hybrid (50% office / 50% remote)

Our client, a well-established and respected automotive retailer, is looking to recruit an experienced Group Warranty Executive to join their central aftersales team based in Swindon. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with warranty administration experience who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and has a keen eye for detail. You'll play a key role in ensuring warranty and goodwill claims are processed accurately, efficiently and in line with manufacturer guidelines, helping to maximise profitability while delivering excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process and submit warranty, extended warranty and goodwill claims accurately and within agreed timescales.
  • Ensure all warranty claims are invoiced and costed correctly.
  • Provide warranty guidance and support to dealership teams.
  • Maintain accurate warranty records and customer information.
  • Monitor outstanding claims and resolve any issues to ensure prompt recovery.
  • Review warranty reports and identify opportunities to improve processes.
  • Ensure all warranty documentation, recall records and supporting evidence are completed and stored correctly.
  • Carry out internal warranty audits and report findings.
  • Liaise with internal departments to ensure warranty procedures are consistently followed.
  • Keep up to date with warranty policy and procedural changes.

About You

  • Previous experience in an automotive warranty administration role.
  • Strong knowledge of warranty processes and procedures.
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • The ability to prioritise workload and work effectively under pressure.
  • Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach.
  • Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office.
  • A full UK driving licence.
