Smart Repairer – Preston area Our client is looking to recruit a Smart Repair Technician to join a busy team at their Preston site. A fantastic opportunity to work with a TOP employer and great brand that has a fantastic reputation. Working Hours: Monday to Friday 8:30am to 5.30pm No weekend work required. Overtime available at time and a half, if you want it! Salary: £35k Basic £40k+ OTE with uncapped bonus Main duties will include: Painting and finishing Maintain workmanship standards and product quality to the highest levels Be responsible for all aspects of paint process including mixing paints, surface preparation, maintenance of equipment and spray booth Maintain a safe working environment Preparing surfaces for painting by meticulously cleaning, buffing, polishing and masking the areas that should not be paintedAbout You: Previous experience as a SMART Repair Technician is preferred but NOT essential as full training will be provided They\’re looking for someone who is passionate to deliver the highest possible standard and attention to detail. Strong time management and organisational skills are also required as you will ensure that assigned jobs are completed within estimated times.
