Overview

Service Manager — Franchised Motor Dealership, Bolton area. Our client, one of the top motor trade employers in the North West, is looking to recruit an experienced Service Manager for a prestigious brand in a state-of-the-art dealership with a very busy service department and a great team. This is a successful site, and an ambitious person with passion and drive could push the whole department to greater heights.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the Service Department to maximise business, profit, and turnover.
  • Maintain excellent customer satisfaction (CSI is imperative).
  • Operate with processes for WIP, budgets, warranty, and related service department activities.
  • Drive the team to meet and exceed manufacturer and company targets.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Must have excellent customer satisfaction skills (CSI).
  • Must be process-driven with WIP, budgets, warranty, etc.
  • Must have a proven track record managing a large team and maximising business/profit/turnover.
  • Hungry, enthusiastic, ambitious, and energetic individuals who can drive the service department forward.

  • Salary: £50k Basic, £70k OTE.
  • Up to 27 days holidays (based on length of service), plus 8 bank holidays.
