An established, prestige automotive dealership group is seeking a Parts Advisor to join their team in Reading.
Salary: £30k basic with £34k OTE
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 6:00pm; One Saturday morning every 4 weeks, 8:00am to 1:00pm.
Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers daily to identify and source the parts they need.
- Provide pricing, arrange product delivery, and support the in-house workshop.
- Maintain an accurate and up-to-date inventory system.
- Assist with regular stock checks.
- Deliver exceptional customer service in all interactions.
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous experience in a Parts Advisor role within a dealership, independent garage, or body shop is essential.
- A UK driving licence is an advantage but not essential.
- Strong customer service skills and good general computer proficiency.
- If you’re passionate about delivering excellent service and have an eye for detail, this could be the role for you!
