We are currently seeking an organised and detail-oriented Accounts Assistant to join our busy finance team at one of Liverpool's largest automotive retail operations.
Supporting a high-volume, multi-million-pound dealership, you'll play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of the accounts function, working closely with department managers and the wider leadership team. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Accounts Assistant looking to join a professional, fast-paced business with genuine long-term career prospects.
- Processing purchase ledger invoices and supplier payments
- Reconciling supplier statements and resolving account queries
- Assisting with sales ledger administration and customer account management
- Daily banking and cash reconciliations
- Maintaining accurate financial records and documentation
- Supporting month-end accounting processes
- Assisting with balance sheet reconciliations
- Ensuring compliance with company processes and financial controls
Previous experience within an Accounts Assistant, Finance Assistant or Purchase Ledger role is required, along with a good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and accounting systems.
