Key Responsibilities
- Managing and processing new sales enquiries received via electronic procurement systems.
- Liaising with customers by telephone and email, providing excellent service and timely updates.
- Using manufacturer and factory systems to track vehicle orders and monitor status.
- Supporting the sales process from order through to delivery.
- Maintaining accurate records and ensuring all information is processed with a high level of accuracy.
- Working closely with colleagues to achieve departmental goals and KPI targets.
