We are looking for an experienced and driven Business Manager to join our successful automotive retail team in the East Yorkshire area. This is an exciting opportunity for a high-performing automotive professional with a proven track record in finance and insurance sales, customer service, and achieving commercial targets.
The Role
As Business Manager, you will be responsible for delivering a seamless customer journey while maximising finance and insurance opportunities in a compliant and customer-focused manner. Working closely with the sales team, you will play a key role in driving dealership profitability and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Present finance and insurance products professionally and compliantly.
- Maximise finance penetration and vehicle profit opportunities.
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience throughout the purchasing process.
- Build strong relationships with customers, lenders, and business partners.
- Ensure full compliance with FCA regulations and dealership processes.
- Support and work alongside the sales team to achieve dealership objectives.
- Accurately complete all finance documentation and administration.
- Consistently achieve and exceed agreed performance targets.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Previous experience as a Business Manager, Transaction Manager, F&I Manager, or Senior Sales Executive within the motor industry.
- A strong track record of achieving finance and insurance performance targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- A thorough understanding of FCA compliance requirements.
- A customer-first approach with a passion for delivering outstanding service.
- Strong organisational and administrative skills.
- A full UK driving licence.
