Are you an experienced Master Technician looking for your next opportunity with a successful multi-brand main dealer? We are currently recruiting on behalf of a well-established dealership looking to add a highly skilled Master Technician to their workshop. The Role
As a Master Technician, you'll be responsible for diagnosing and repairing complex vehicle faults across a variety of manufacturer brands. You'll play a key role in supporting the workshop team, mentoring colleagues and ensuring repairs are completed to the highest standards.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Diagnosing complex mechanical and electrical faults
- Carrying out servicing, maintenance and repairs
- Supporting and mentoring other technicians where required
- Using the latest diagnostic equipment
- Completing work efficiently while maintaining high quality standards
- Ensuring all manufacturer and health & safety procedures are followed
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience as a Master Technician
- Level 3 NVQ (or equivalent) in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair
- Strong diagnostic and fault-finding skills
- Experience working within a main dealer environment is highly desirable
- A full UK driving licence
- Excellent attention to detail and pride in your work
- A positive team player with a professional attitude
Hours
Monday to Friday: 8:30am - 5:00pm
30-minute lunch break
1 in 3 Saturday mornings: 8:30am - 12:30pm
Part-time hours will also be considered
Salary & Benefits
- Basic salary from £38,000, depending on experience
