Are you an experienced Master Technician looking for your next opportunity with a successful multi-brand main dealer? We are currently recruiting on behalf of a well-established dealership looking to add a highly skilled Master Technician to their workshop. The Role

As a Master Technician, you'll be responsible for diagnosing and repairing complex vehicle faults across a variety of manufacturer brands. You'll play a key role in supporting the workshop team, mentoring colleagues and ensuring repairs are completed to the highest standards.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Diagnosing complex mechanical and electrical faults
  • Carrying out servicing, maintenance and repairs
  • Supporting and mentoring other technicians where required
  • Using the latest diagnostic equipment
  • Completing work efficiently while maintaining high quality standards
  • Ensuring all manufacturer and health & safety procedures are followed

What We're Looking For

  • Previous experience as a Master Technician
  • Level 3 NVQ (or equivalent) in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair
  • Strong diagnostic and fault-finding skills
  • Experience working within a main dealer environment is highly desirable
  • A full UK driving licence
  • Excellent attention to detail and pride in your work
  • A positive team player with a professional attitude

Hours

Monday to Friday: 8:30am - 5:00pm

30-minute lunch break

1 in 3 Saturday mornings: 8:30am - 12:30pm

Part-time hours will also be considered

Salary & Benefits

  • Basic salary from £38,000, depending on experience
