We are delighted to be working on behalf of a well-established and growing multi-franchise motor retail group in Donegal to recruit an experienced Aftersales Manager. This is an excellent opportunity for a proven aftersales professional to take ownership of the service and warranty functions across a successful dealer group. Our client is seeking an experienced leader who can bring structure, consistency and high performance to their aftersales operations. This role requires someone with the confidence and capability to assess current processes, implement improvements, and ensure main dealer standards are delivered consistently across every location.

The Role

  • Leading the day-to-day operation of the Service and Warranty Departments
  • Driving workshop productivity, labour efficiency and aftersales profitability
  • Monitoring and improving key performance indicators including recovery rate, CSI and absorption
  • Supporting and auditing aftersales performance
  • Implementing consistent systems, processes and operating standards
  • Managing warranty administration and manufacturer compliance across multiple franchises
  • Leading, developing and motivating service advisors, warranty staff and workshop teams
  • Handling escalated customer issues and maintaining excellent customer satisfaction standards

The Ideal Candidate

  • A minimum of 3 years' experience as an Aftersales Manager or Head of Aftersales within a franchised main dealer environment
  • Strong expertise in service department operations and warranty management
  • A proven track record of delivering and improving aftersales KPIs
  • Experience managing teams and influencing performance across multiple locations
  • Strong commercial awareness and the ability to analyse departmental performance
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • A full clean driving licence
